Restaurant Team Member

Responsibilities

• Execute duties in your assigned area within the bakery‑cafe (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
• Be informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and ensure every guest gets our best.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a loud environment.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety understanding; completion of Food Handler’s Card training.
• Food‑service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Competitive pay: $15.92 – $19.00 (actual pay determined by candidate’s experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and location).
