Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring at our New York area location. Join a fast-growing hospitality team committed to Stand For Something Good, with hands-on mentorship, training, and growth opportunities in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include leading guest and team interactions with warmth, preparing and assembling food to Shack standards, rotating through stations, and upholding safety and sanitation policies. 16+ required; evenings, weekends, and holidays available.

Qualifications

• Must learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Adapt to multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Uphold integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
