Restaurant Team Member

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining, and drive‑thru areas while maintaining constant movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
• Execute duties for specific area (e.g., Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication and quick comprehension of directions in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for making people smile.
• Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
• Enjoyment of working with food; food service experience preferred but not required.
