Restaurant Team Member – Panera Bread

You’ll greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, assist at the cashier and dining areas, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support team success through cleaning, stocking, and shift setup.
Responsibilities
- Execute duties for your specific area, including Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

- Pay range: $15.92 – $19.00 (determined by experience and location)
