Job summary

Shake Shack in Montgomery County, PA is hiring crew members to deliver hospitality with warmth and care. You’ll prepare and assemble food, master multiple stations, and rotate through tasks while upholding food safety standards and Shake Shack’s values.

Be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that values integrity and community engagement. Hours include night/closing shifts; you’ll earn $14.00 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay, meal discounts, and eligibility for benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Willingness to rotate through stations and assist wherever needed.
