Job summary

Shake Shack in New York is hiring crew members to deliver welcoming hospitality and accurate food prep across multiple stations. You will rotate through roles, maintaining high standards and a cooperative team dynamic in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
• Willingness to work across multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in daily tasks.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality with warmth and care toward teammates and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them to keep daily work engaging.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures for guest and team safety.

Job description

Pay Range - $17.00 - $17.00/hour, plus tips, as well as up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.
