Shake Shack in Naples, FL is looking for a dedicated team member to prepare and assemble food to our high standards and rotate through all stations, delivering warm, guest-focused service. You’ll learn quickly in a fast-paced setting and contribute to a friendly, inclusive ShackFam environment.

Responsibilities include mastering each station, upholding food safety procedures, and embodying our core values of integrity and community. Weekly pay and strong benefits support your growth and success.

About Us

Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table.
