Job summary

Shake Shack in Mountain View, California is hiring crew members to deliver warm hospitality while preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is $20.00 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay, and opportunities for mentorship, training, and growth within our ShackFam. You’ll rotate through stations, uphold food safety standards, and embody Shake Shack values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack's standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
• Align with Shake Shack values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.
