Job summary

Panera LLC is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to join their team in Mehlville, Missouri. In this role, you will be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth and joy to every guest interaction. You'll have the chance to serve local communities and directly impact the bakery-cafe's business.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assembling fresh foods, and maintaining a clean environment. The company offers competitive pay, free meals during shifts, and benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement (16+).
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

• Serve as ambassador for bringing Panera warmth to life with each guest interaction.
• Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
