Job summary

Shake Shack in Marlton, NJ is hiring crew members. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced hospitality brand.

As part of the ShackFam, you’ll learn on the job, rotate through stations, and deliver warm, genuine hospitality while following food-safety standards and working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.
• Able to adapt to multiple restaurant roles.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
