Job summary

Shake Shack Madison is seeking team members for front-line roles across all shifts. You’ll deliver friendly, genuine hospitality, assemble orders to Shake Shack standards, and rotate through stations to keep daily work engaging.

You’ll learn quickly in a fast-paced setting, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and contribute to a welcoming environment where integrity and community are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptable to rotating through multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting.
