Job summary

Shake Shack in Indianapolis is seeking team members to deliver our signature hospitality at the counter and on the line. At $15.00 per hour plus tips, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Able to adapt to multiple restaurant roles.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest interactions with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate to keep duties fresh.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
