Job summary

Shake Shack in Hillsboro, OR is seeking team members for guest-focused service and food preparation roles. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00, with tips and a shift premium of up to $2/hour for late-night hours.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing hospitality brand that values people, mentorship, and community impact. Availability may include mornings to late nights; candidates should be flexible and ready to learn multiple roles, from food prep to front-of-house, while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety.

Job description
