Job summary

Papa John’s in Gladstone, MO, is hiring a Restaurant Team Member. You’ll be the face for customers, helping with food prep and service in a fast‑paced environment. This role is great as a part‑time or second job, with opportunities to grow into delivery driving or management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 if you want to be a Delivery Driver)
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Nights and weekends availability preferred

• Prepare and serve pizzas and other menu items as assigned
• Provide friendly customer service at the counter or drive‑thru
• Handle cash register and payments accurately
• Maintain clean and stocked work area and dining space

Critical Ingredients:

A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team. You will need to be at least 16 years old (Please Note: 18 if you want to be a Delivery Driver).

Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work during these times. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
