Job summary

Shake Shack in Gilbert, AZ is hiring for a team member earning $15.15/hour + tips. We lead with hospitality and put our people first, offering mentorship, training, and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and assembling orders, mastering stations, upholding food safety, and delivering genuine service aligned with our values of integrity and community. Weekend and evening availability may be required.
