Shake Shack in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a team member to deliver friendly, high‑quality hospitality while assisting in food preparation and station rotations. This hourly role offers on‑the‑job training and mentorship in a fast‑paced setting.

You’ll work across stations, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Compensation starts at $15.00/hour plus tips, with paid time off and benefits available for eligible team members.
