Shake Shack in Everett, MA is hiring crew members to join our fast-paced hospitality team. The role offers hourly pay of $18.00 with tips, plus up to $2 extra per hour for late-night shifts, and opportunities for learning and advancement.

You will master stations, prepare food to Shake Shack standards, and contribute to a warm, inclusive guest experience. We emphasize teamwork, training, and a strong values-driven culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
