Job summary

Shake Shack in Duluth, GA is seeking a part-time crew member to deliver friendly, fast service and prepare orders at various stations. This role pays $15 per hour plus tips and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You will learn recipes and standards, rotate through stations, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our values of integrity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with warmth and care toward teammates and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them for variety.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
