Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring in Colorado Springs to join our hospitality team. You will learn and perform food preparation and service across stations, maintaining Shake Shack standards with warmth and care for guests and fellow team members.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are provided.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them to keep days varied.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
