Shake Shack in Boston is hiring team members to deliver enlightened hospitality and high-quality food with warmth and care. You will prepare and assemble orders, rotate through stations, and follow food-safety standards while supporting guests and teammates.

We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous time off, and meal discounts. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities to earn up to $2 more per hour for late shifts after midnight and tips.
