Papa John’s is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in Boiling Springs, NC. You’ll be the face for customers, ensuring hot, made-to-order meals and supporting the makeline.

Enjoy flexible hours and great learning opportunities. This role may lead to Delivery Driver, shift work, or management positions as you gain experience. Starting ages are 16+ (18+ for Delivery Driver).

Responsibilities

• Be the face for customers, ensuring they receive a hot, made-to-order meal.
• Assist on the makeline, preparing food.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• Learn and apply training to grow into other roles such as delivery driver or manager.

Critical Ingredients

A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team. You will need to be at least 16 years old (Please Note: 18 if you want to be a Delivery Driver). Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work during these times. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
