Shake Shack in Bethesda, MD is hiring for a team member at an hourly rate of $18.00/hour plus tips. You will join a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and contribute to preparing and assembling food to Shake Shack standards.

You’ll rotate through stations, learn quickly, and adapt to different roles while upholding food safety and hospitality values. This entry-level position offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive ShackFam culture.
