Job summary

Domino's of Gladewater is seeking a capable manager to support the General Manager in running a fast-paced store. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and implement operating standards to deliver great customer service.

Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members will be part of the role, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability and strong communication. Previous quick-service management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
