Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred.
• Flexible hours and ability to work independently with various personalities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your team to deliver excellent service and meet customer hunger needs.
• Lead your team to ensure a positive, inviting customer experience and set goals.
• Develop weekly schedules, interview and hire new DReaM Team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe restaurant by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control and record keeping for operations.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to staff for growth.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and coworkers; contribute to quality of life.
