Job summary

IHOP 3509 Richmond is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role offers an hourly rate of $16 to $18 and includes health insurance for full-time staff.

You will guide shift operations, assign duties, and promote teamwork while ensuring accurate food preparation, service standards, and adherence to SOPs. Training and staff development are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Train new employees and provide refresher training for current staff.
• Supervise performance, enforce policies, monitor time cards, schedules, and SOP compliance.
