CAVA - Sherman Oaks is hiring a Team Leader to guide daily operations and support Team Members. The ideal candidate will promote a positive environment, coach staff, and ensure excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include managing restaurant openings/closings, food orders, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to deliver quality food and hospitality.
• Coach and support cross-training of Team Members as the business grows.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate tasks and ensure operational standards are executed.
• Manage restaurant opening and closing duties and cash handling as needed.
