Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to create quality food and hospitality.
• Coach and support the development of Team Members.
• Execute key duties including opening/closing the restaurant and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Support performance success in partnership with management.
• Ensure standards are executed and support Team Member training.
• Deploy practices for heightened guest service interactions.
