Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team and help drive excellent guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.
