Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for a Restaurant or Cabin Supervisor to lead diverse dining settings from slope-side spots to full-service venues. You will manage staff workflow, ensure compliance with health codes, and foster team relations while delivering high-quality guest experiences on a seasonal schedule.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 3–6 months of supervisory experience. Benefits include medical coverage, free skiing, 401k, and employee discounts, with shifts

  • Foster Staff Relations: maintain positive rapport with staff and support outlet and resort.
  • Revenue Accuracy: balance all reports and money at end of shift.
  • Flexibility: cover absent positions such as bartender, server, or busser as needed.
  • Support Team Efforts: contribute to goals by completing related tasks.
