Fairwinds Desert Point in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the restaurant operations and staff. This full-time role focuses on service excellence, table setup, and timely dining sequences, with a strong emphasis on training and maintaining standards for guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years in full-service dining and three years in a supervisory role, with a passion for memorable service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire restaurant operation including training of service staff, organization and cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant.
• Sets up tables, buses and resets tables to company standards.
• Directs and assists in the sequence of service in the restaurant during dining times.
• Schedules staff within budget help resolve scheduling issues.
• Ensures all server, side duties assignments are completed correctly and within a timely manner.
