Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time Restaurant Supervisor in Mason, OH to lead the front-of-house dining team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.

You will hire and train staff, manage the POS system, and drive service efficiency while maintaining high sanitation standards. A high school diploma is required; culinary training or related front-of-house experience is preferred.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serve
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
