Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Grapevine location is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and a team of servers and other staff. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth service from opening to closing shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year in supervision, plus food safety and alcohol awareness certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant
