Job summary

JB Alameda is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Operations. The role can be part-time or full-time and will report to the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in California.

The successful candidate will help drive store performance by executing quality, sanitation, crew management, and cost-control initiatives. We welcome motivated individuals with leadership experience in food or retail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1+ year as a Team Leader in food/retail or similar leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying schedules and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in achieving store business goals.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activities.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activities.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.

We are looking for aRestaurant Supervisor--- a part-time/full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations.

The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program

Job Requirements:

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food orretail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
• High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
• Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
