Job summary

Braums in Arlington, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the store's shift operations, food service, grocery, and fountain sales. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience and are available for the 5:30 am – 3:00 pm shift, with hourly pay shown.

You will lead, coach and develop team members, drive customer satisfaction and food quality, monitor inventory and safety, and ensure Braum's policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail/food service experience.
• Shift schedule includes early morning hours and a 45-hour week.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-focused with strong work ethic.
• Ability to coach and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
