Job summary

Braum's Inc. in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store crew and oversee operations for Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work a 2:00 pm to close shift on a rotating 3-week schedule (~45 hours per week). We offer benefits and a bi-weekly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
