Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew and deliver fast, friendly pizzas with a personal touch. You will model MOD values, train teams, and ensure operational standards are met to create a welcoming guest experience.

You will coach and develop front-line staff, drive performance on busy shifts, and partner with the General Manager to engage the local community. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Compensation: $19.23 When combining hourly wage of $15.25/hour and average tips of $3.98/hour earned at this location!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform were everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience were pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
