Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Orlando to lead the squad, ensure fast, friendly service and pizzas made with care for our guests. This role sits on the Restaurants Leadership team and drives our service mindset with energy and personal touch.

You will direct daily operations, model MOD values, and help create an inclusive, high-spirited dining environment where guests feel at home and every team member belongs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $15.00-$15.00 per hourplus tips.

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform were everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilares, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience were pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
