Compensation: $22.10 per hour (hourly wage $17.00 + average tips $5.10)
As a Shift Supervisor, you build your leadership skills and style. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for all new hires, program rollouts, and standards in your restaurant. You may be the most senior squad member during the shift and are responsible for ensuring the team performs all essential tasks, provides outstanding guest experiences, and contributes to smooth restaurant operations. You support restaurant management in overall operations and serve as a leader for the squad. You give feedback, answer questions, and provide guidance, modeling MOD’s purpose in all interactions. You flex to the needs of the restaurant and the squad, sometimes leading, sometimes doing, but always keeping the MOD experience in the forefront of your mind.
