Dine Brands Global, Inc. is seeking Shift Supervisors for its new dual-branded Applebee's | IHOP restaurant in La Grange, KY.

This role supports the management team to ensure guest satisfaction across both brands, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year in restaurant supervision, be at least 21, and capable of obtaining necessary food-safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant supervisor or shift leader experience
• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
• Food Handler license and/or other certifications may be required (local requirements)

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team to ensure guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Oversee shifts and maintain service standards; manage opening/closing duties and guest flow.
