Dairy Queen at a Fourteen Foods location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily service, ensure quality standards, and supervise the team to deliver a great guest experience.

The Shift Manager will work closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager, handling customer service, training, scheduling, and upholding Fourteen Foods brand expectations across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ years supervision/manager experience in food service or retail.
• Must pass a background check.
• English fluency may be essential for some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products according to brand standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
