Job summary

Shake Shack in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Restaurant Leader to manage shift operations and guide a high-performing team toward safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.

The role focuses on supervising hourly Team Members, supporting purchasing, receiving, inventory, and interviewing new staff. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership in a restaurant, strong problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication. Shake Shack offers growth opportunities.

• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
