Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will train and motivate staff, promote the brand through community events, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
