Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is hiring for a restaurant team leader in Santa Rosa, CA. The role focuses on directing shift operations, maintaining safety and quality, and developing a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities include staffing, interviewing, and supporting purchasing/inventory tasks as needed. The position offers opportunities for growth within a fast-growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
