Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring to lead and coach restaurant teams on shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed of service. You will help build a high-performing hourly team and contribute to operations such as purchasing and inventory. You will participate in interviews and employee relations to support a positive guest experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and hands-on mentorship within a growing hospitality brand known for Stand For Something Good.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
