Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team during the shift.
• Support, coach, and develop team members.
• Uphold food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Own shift routines (open, mid, close) and set the next shift up for success.
• Recognize team members and celebrate shift wins.
• Communicate clearly and address issues during the shift.
• Meet physical requirements (standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 lbs).
• Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications.
• Be at least 18 years old.
