Team Lyders is hiring a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell locations. You will supervise shifts, help train team members, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work environment.

You'll lead with strong communication, ensure excellent customer service, oversee inventory, and assist with administrative duties. This role offers leadership growth within Team Lyders and the Taco Bell network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.

• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
