Job summary

HMSHost in Minneapolis is seeking a Manager I to support branch management in QSR or similar restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and runs to high standards, following company policies.

The role requires 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, customer service, and at least 6 months supervisory experience. Must be able to work varied shifts and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• At least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Able to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Willing to work varied shifts including openings, busy dayparts and closings.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring recommendations.
• Schedule and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the unit.
