Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes and, where required, be ServSafe certified.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance.
• Support General Manager to train internal candidates.
• Monitor costs and adherence to budget.
• Interact with guests to resolve concerns.
