Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift in a restaurant and coordinate the work of team members.
• Maintain Brand and Company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served safely and to standard.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitor cash handling, sales, and inventory; complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
