Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations of the Hardee's restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and alignment with brand standards.

You will work with the General Manager to execute goals, monitor food quality and safety, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining a positive team environment. Walk-ins are welcome weekdays at 225 E Evergreen St, Strafford, MO.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including food prep, service, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise and train staff; hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Assist in managing budget, labor costs, and supplies; monitor sales performance.
